ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because all VALEN® products are made to order, orders can only be changed or cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations or modifications may no longer be possible.

QUALITY ISSUES

If your item arrives damaged or with a visible quality issue, please contact us with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the issue

  • photos taken on a flat, well-lit surface

This helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective items that meet our quality guarantee requirements.

Approved refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your payment provider or bank.

We currently accept payments through secure providers including:

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Klarna (depending on location)

MADE TO ORDER

Every VALEN® piece is individually produced after an order is placed. This process reduces overproduction and supports a more intentional approach to fashion.

Because of this production method, general returns and exchanges are currently not available.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Orders are securely processed and fulfilled through our production and commerce partner, Fourthwall.
